Currently looking for a part time Handyperson to prepare and look after garages around Central Scotland.

Looking for a skilled Handyperson who have the following skillset.

be able to fit and replace garage doors, locks, cables, door frames etc.
Be able to replace damage joists, sarking as required etc.
be able to fit and replace various roofing material like lead, felt, Roofing sheets, flashing etc
be able to fit facias, soffits, cladding.
be able to fit sectional Concrete panels, Lintels, posts.
be able to re-render brickwork and replace brickwork.
be able to relay and lay monoblocks, slabs.
Be able to do garden maintenance.
Be able to screed worn and damage floors to properties.
and any other ad hoc tasks required for the maintenance of the properties.

About The Role

We are seeking a conveyancer to join our team.

Responsibilities will include: · Managing a caseload of sale, purchase, title transfer transactions including direct client contact; · Noting interest and submitting offers; · Assisting with file opening procedures including compliance with anti-money laundering regulations; · Examination of title and reporting to clients; · Drafting conveyancing deeds and letters to clients; · Managing completion.

About You

We are looking for an experienced Conveyancer who is confident in managing a caseload with a significant degree of autonomy. You will be the main day-to-day point of contact for all conveyancing tasks and will be comfortable examining titles and drafting dispositions, standard securities, discharges, etc. Support will be provided in relation to AML procedures, missives, registration of deeds and general post completion matters.
