We’re popping back in to say we’re officially back—but just a heads up, we’re not taking on new customer projects until the New Year. In the meantime, here’s a little look at the last van we completed and have now sold on to its new home. Don’t worry though—we’ve got a brand-new project in the pipeline, and I’ll be uploading some pictures of that one tomorrow. Stay tuned!

Back to working on the transit connect today got the new ply floor and vinyl in with all the trims ready to start the ceiling cladding tomorrow

Before & After – Custom Van Conversion

This van came to us needing a full interior revamp. The original setup had several issues:
• The ceiling was made of thin plastic, poorly fixed with just a few screws and tape
• Lighting was incorrectly wired
• The carpet lining was loose and full of creases

Here’s what we did:
✔️ Fully re-carpeted the van for a smooth, professional finish
✔️ Removed the unstable ceiling and replaced it with pine cladding, complete with integrated spotlights
✔️ Installed hanging rails along the ceiling
✔️ Corrected all the faulty wiring for the lighting
✔️ Built a bespoke above-cab storage unit at the customer’s request
✔️ Installed a new opening window in the side door

Now the van is safer, more functional, and looks miles better. Another one done right ✅
