“Three months ago, our family of three moved into our van full-time and we honestly couldn’t be happier with our new home on wheels.
It’s amazing what can fit into an L4 H3 panel van — it comfortably carries the three of us, three e-bikes and everything we need for full-time life on the road. Despite all that, it still feels spacious, comfortable and easy to live in.
The electrical setup has been phenomenal. Nearly 500W of solar, a DC-to-DC charger, and we rarely see the batteries drop below 80%. We can charge all three e-bikes and run everyday appliances including an air fryer.
The MaxxAir fan has been an absolute lifesaver in the Greek heat — and using the air circulation mode at night keeps the van comfortable even on warm evenings.
Since moving in, we’ve travelled through France, Italy and around mainland Greece — waking up next to rivers, lakes, mountains and remote beaches, regularly staying off-grid for days at a time.
The van has already taken us on adventures we could only dream about a year ago. Next stop: Ireland and Scotland.
