Why is this car named Gwagon and what does the "G" stand for?

In German language: Gwagon means "Geländewagen".
Gelände = Off Road.
Wagen = Vehicle.
So, Gwagon = Off Road Vehicle.

This vehicle was innitially developed for military use.
In early 1970's Shah of Iran made a request from Mercedes to design a powerful and all terrain vehicle for their military and boarder patrol.
They requested for up to 20,000 pieces.

Before the vehicles became ready around 1979 the Shah of Iran has been overthrowned so the order was cancelled.
Now Mercedes have to find somwhere else to market those Gwagon so they converted them to W460 series around that 1979.

Around 1990 they splited the W460 series to W461 (made for military use) and W463 (made for civilian use).
It's from that W463 they got this G63 we're enjoying now.
From there other models came up like the G 55, G 63 AMG, G65 AMG.

Now you've know the car is meant for Off Road, if you own one, once in a while take her for Off Road driving, that is their comfort zone.
For me, let me go and hustle if i can own one.

This are two Edited pictures.
Different people will interpret them differently.

▪︎ Women will be like "snapping with filters look good on you"
▪︎ They only see filter edits but didn't see filter.

▪︎ Men will be like "which car owns this big filter, is it really due for replacement "
▪︎ Meaning they only see vehicle filter, but didt see filter edits.

▪︎ The 3rd group of people will not even make any meaning from the pictures at all.
You know this category from the type of comments they drop, comments that have nothing to do with this write up.
Meaning, they didt even read this write up.

This is simple definition of life from my own perspective.

Another thing that kpai engine very fast with high fuel consumption is drivin without thermostat Engine like working hot, 70-85⁰c

One of the worst treatmnt u can give ur car is using ordinary water as engine coolant. They cause oxidation and rust
