No “trailer queens” here… The highlight of my day wasn’t from racing on the strip, but from a little tussle I had with a high powered Es**rt on the way to Manston. The owner, Terry, came up to me in the staging lane and said “WTF have you got in that thing?!” …fair to say the old Volvo surprises a few folk@on the open road 😎

He nearly took me out!! 🫣 Great day drag racing at with my mates the . The green Anglia is a beast of a car powered by a S2000 VTec engine running throttle bodies, the driver (Jim) got a bit out of shape in 2nd but skilfully avoided taking me out in the right hand lane 🤣
