A late collection last night for one of our VIP clients, the second visit for this very rare , a little freshen up on the body, wheel reburbs and new tyres, the client also took the opportunity to have a top up on the hydrophobic coating we applied when the car was new.

An in recently for an insurance claim to the right front, the customer took the opportunity to have other areas done whilst we had the car including wheel refurbishments and an MOT.

A late night delivery of a hire car tonight for a customer that needed our help…

After having a non-fault accident nearly 12 days ago, the customer called us this morning very frustrated as the previous Accident management company couldn’t find a suitable repairer for their undrivable vehicle.

Working so closely with our non-fault partner Novo Insurance allowed us to set up a claim, prepare a suitable replacement vehicle and arrange recovery, making sure that the client’s vehicle is on site for tomorrow morning for a full assessment.
