This week Martin and Patrick have a chance to natter and Martins has been doing a little research on Smart watches, fit watches, and wearables used for monitoring your health.

Several devices are on the market that can measure steps, pulse, blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels, and ECG, but just how accurate are they? Should they be trusted? Can they cause unnecessary anxiety?

Something a little special up for sale today, 2011 (61) Mini Coupe John Cooper Works for sale presented in Chilli Red paintwork. This Mini Coupe was purchased brand new in January 2012 directly from the retail showrooms of Mini Bowker Blackburn and solely used as a donna vehicle to build the most incredible race/track road car.

The complete build was featured in Modern Mini magazine from start to finish with detailed descriptions of the work and a catalogue of photographs of every stage, the build was overseen and carried out by Advent Motorsport under the direction of Andrew Crighton, a renowned name and winning team in the Mini Challenge series.
