This pajero came into us needing a wheel refurbishment so we got to work 👇🏻

🏵️1956 DKW 3=6🏵️

This classic came in as a non-runner after recently having the carbs rebuilt, but still no joy so we got stuck in.

First issue we found was rust sitting in the bottom of the fuel tank then we noticed the old crumbling fuel lines, The tank was removed, cleaned out properly, and we ran fresh fuel lines throughout to make sure everything was flowing as it should 💪🏻

Next problem… no ignition spark. After digging deeper, we discovered the front keyway had failed, meaning it wasn’t engaging the points correctly certainly a tricky one, but tracked down and sorted 👌🏻

Work carried out:
✅Fuel tank removed & cleaned
✅New fuel lines throughout
✅Repaired front keyway
✅Bonnet latch repaired

…in for some serious TLC 🔧

This one came in looking very sorry for itself… but nothing we can’t handle 👊

Full repair work carried out including:
✅ Extensive welding to sills
✅ Wheel arch repairs
✅ Step repairs and fabrication
✅ Fresh paintwork to bring it back to life
✅ Remap to top it all off

From rough and tired to solid and ready for work again 💪

Another one saved and back doing what it should! 🛻
