Drivers side outrigger corroded out on this Toyota rav4.
corrosion cut out found some solid steel to weld to and built it back up an under sealed to finish the job off.

So this old Nissan nivara come in to me to have some chassis repairs.
When the tub was removed I found that the whole back end of the chassis was rotted out so we got to work with over plating the whole rear end of the chassis with 8 and 10 mm thick flat plate and channel steel
Customer was super happy to have his work horse back on the road in 10 days

Ford ranger rear sill repair.
Had to make the rear sill up as Ford wanted 3 months to get a sill to us.
So we made it work our way!
