This year marks 12 years since I started working in the UK composites industry.
Twelve years of factories.
Engineering environments.
Deadlines.
Pressure.
Problem solving.
Building businesses.
Meeting incredible people.
And learning things no university can teach you.
And somewhere through all of that…
I realised something important.
There are a lot of talented people stuck in survival mode.
Good people.
Engineers.
Contractors.
Business owners.
Operators.
People working 60–70 hours a week…
solving serious problems for companies…
making everyone else money…
while privately stressing about:
mortgages,
cash flow,
pressure,
lack of time,
lack of direction,
and the feeling that life is moving faster than they are.
Not because they’re incapable.
But because most people never get exposed to the right conversations.
The right room.
The right mindset.
The right people.
And honestly…
one powerful conversation can change the trajectory of someone’s business and life completely.
That’s one of the reasons I started BizTalkWithAlexandru.
And now…
I’m considering something bigger.
A private in-person business event near Southampton Airport.
Not networking for the sake of networking.
A real room:

• engineers
• entrepreneurs
• contractors
• ambitious operators
People serious about growth.
People trying to build something meaningful.
People tired of feeling stuck despite working hard.
We’ll talk openly about:
business growth,
systems,
visibility,
sales,
positioning,
leadership,
mindset,
and how to stop building yourself into a corner.
No fake gurus.
No rented Lamborghinis.
No motivational circus.
Just real people.
Real conversations.
Real leverage.
The room will be intentionally small:
50 seats maximum.
Because the value is in the environment — not the numbers.
And something tells me…
