PUPIL NOTICE - Cancellations

Over the last few weeks I have had pupils cancelling their lessons at very short notice (Less than 24 hours).Sometimes with as little as 1 hours notice. These slots are then wasted as it is very hard to get someone else booked in to the free slot. This is unfair on those dedicated pupils who want to put in extra practice or to the pupils on my waiting list wishing to start. While I understand that at times illness or family situations can occur,a lot of these cancellations are for "social" reasons.

It is with regret therefore that I will be implementing a policy of short notice cancellations incurring a full lesson fee, without exception.

Repeated cancellations will result in lessons being terminated and the available slot given to someone else.

As stated, this is not a policy I wish to implement and in cases of genuine illness or family emergencies I will try my best to accommodate the situation but I feel this is the fairest way for everybody going forward.

Thank you for your understanding.
