CSR Breakdown and Recovery

After over 15 years in business within the recovery sector, 8 of those years under my leadership, CSR Breakdown and Recovery are today announcing their withdrawal of all recovery operations over the coming months.

We have always maintained a fantastic reputation, provided a personal service and delivered every ounce of our service with professionalism.With problems including recruitment and especially retaining skilled and experienced staff and join that with increasingly tough operating costs and regulations has led us to this decision.

We will continue to operate at a smaller rate and the expectation is for us to be fully shut down between May 25 and June 25.

This has been a very difficult decision and saddening decision to make.

I took over this business 8 years ago and in that time, we have grown into a reputable company always trying to provide a great service at a reasonable price. We hit our highest point in 2023, unfortunately 2024 and to now in 2025 things just haven't carried on in the same way. Operating costs have sharply risen whilst the income financially and taken a downward turn.

I would personally like to thank every single customer that has ever used our services.

Too all the garages who constantly recommend us and have used us over the last 8 years, thankyou.

A massive shout out to our great friends at Bourne Transport Services for all our fleet maintenance, recoveries and general help and guidence during the period I've been in charge.

Thankyou to all my (now) friends that have worked for me over these last 8 years. I strived on creating am enjoyable environment for you all to work in, given as may perks as I possible could deliver. Without any of you, this business would not have existed.

I'm happy and content that everyone has now moved on to new roles, some with in the industry and some not. I'm super proud and thankfull of every single one of you and wish nothing but the best for your future roles and careers elsewhere. You will all being amazing assets to your new comapnies at your new roles!

Finally, too my wife, thankyou for all your support, glueing the family together throughout all the long hours that this industry is known for. You have been there whenever and for whatever I have needed over these last 8 years. It's time for me to take a back step now and support you in your new adventure at and return everything you have given me.

I mean... what an unbelievable day at raising funds for in memory of 💙

It's hard to pick 20 photos, which shows how amazing the day was, so we will follow up with stories and further posts 📫
