⚠️If you own a boat powered by a sterndrive and you experience vibrations when steering then take a look at this⚠️

These photos show a worn universal joint that failed after the bellows leaked, allowing water into the driveline and the process of replacing it.

Leaking bellows can quickly lead to corrosion, worn U-joints, and expensive damage if left unchecked. One of the first signs is often a vibration or a rattling sound coming from the back of the boat when turning.

In this case, we replaced the damaged and corroded universal joint, gear oil seal, bellows and got the sterndrive back in top condition.

If you’re feeling vibrations when steering your sterndrive, it’s worth getting it checked before a small repair turns into a major one.

Another one back on the water. 👌

Full service carried out on this Selva 150hp Killer Whale to keep it running exactly as it should.

This one had the full works – engine oil and filter, gearbox oil, water pump, spark plugs, grease points, fuel system checks, and a thorough inspection from top to bottom.

Looking after your outboard now is a lot cheaper than dealing with a breakdown halfway through the season.
