Huge apology to all of our customers we’ve had to cancel on today. Unfortunately, our youngest is unwell, so we won’t be sending him to nursery today. We really appreciate all of your patience and kindness 💜

We also wanted to let everyone know that on the 3rd of June, our son will be having an operation, so we won’t be taking any bookings while we stay with him during his recovery.

Our availability around that time will be:
• 1st June
• 15th June
• 19th June
• 20th June

A little insight into how we work and why we do things differently 👇

We’re not a forecourt car wash offering a quick in and out service. We take the time needed to thoroughly clean every vehicle and make sure it’s actually clean. We don’t rush jobs or work against the clock, we work until we achieve the results we promise.

We also don’t cut corners. Even if a vehicle already looks “clean”, we still follow the same process we would for a car that’s visibly dirty. Dirt isn’t always obvious, and bacteria definitely isn’t visible. We’d rather go over everything properly and know the job has been done right than miss areas just because they looked fine at first glance.

As we continue building the business, we know we’re currently undercharging for the level of care and time we put into our work… Right now, that’s intentional. We’re focused on finding the customers who appreciate and understand the difference in what we do, the people who value quality, attention to detail, and notice the results we create.

We’re not trying to attract customers wanting everything possible for the lowest price, or expecting forecourt timings with our signature level of work. We’re building something based on quality over quantity, and we’re grateful to everyone supporting us from the beginning 🚗✨

Nice change today!! Most of my jobs now are for car dealerships and other businesses, which usually means no content as we’re focused on making the best use of our time. But today we got back to it!
