I’ve collected the final books, and they are now being posted out. With the back‑order stock included, we have a small number of copies still available if anyone would like one.

I’m delighted to share some truly wonderful news. Thanks to your generosity, through website sales, donations, and pledged contributions, we can now confirm that £5,250.13 has been raised for the chosen charities. I never imagined we would reach a figure like this. You made it happen.

The next and final book order is now ready for collection. I’ll be heading up to Newcastle on Monday (weather permitting), and distribution to everyone who has pre‑ordered should begin from Wednesday.
Thank you once again to those who have purchased and the lovely comments I have received since.
I am glad I could give customers, friends, family and staff some fond memories of their time spent on the yard.

Good evening, everyone.
We’re thrilled to share the latest on the book sales. Thanks to the incredible support from people across the UK, Ireland, and even further afield in the USA and Australia, we now have just 19 hardback copies remaining, and we believe these will soon be gone too!
The response has been truly outstanding. We are deeply grateful to each and every one of you who purchased a book. A special word of thanks goes to our local post office, who have been superb in handling the parcels and ensuring they were dispatched quickly. A few minor hiccups cropped up along the way, but together hopefully we have managed to resolve them.
Christmas Delivery Reminder:
The post office has advised that orders placed by Friday 19th December are guaranteed for Christmas delivery. If you order after this date, we’ll still do our very best to get your book to you, especially if you’re local to Derby.
Charity Impact:
Once the final books are sold, we’ll calculate the total donation. At this stage, it looks like we’ll be able to donate approximately £4,000 to be shared between Cancer Research, Macmillan, and the Woodland Trust. This remarkable achievement is only possible because of your generosity and support.
