customers van was recovered to us with a failed turbo. I’ve never seen a turbo blow like this before by far the worst I’ve seen the turbine completely shattered and split the turbo body in half. We supplied and fitted a fresh turbo along with all new turbo feed and re turn pipes. We also removed the sump and cleared out any debris. Customer also requested a full service for peace of mind while it was in which we carried out to manufacturers specifications. Another van sorted as fast as possible to get van back on road working making customer money again. Another happy customer back on the road.

🗞️ Landrover Sport 🗞️
We Recovered in this Landrover after the customer heard a loud pop while driving and a loss of power. After Diagnosing a very common issue on this engine sadly the intake manifold/ Rocker cover had cracked causing the concern. We supplied a new genuine Landrover Intake manifold to manufacture specifications once complete carried out road test and confirm no further concerns found. Today we had in this transit for a noise from the front of vehicle. On inspection Couldn’t actually believe what we found the van had recently had a repair elsewhere which they fitted a new wheel bearing on inspection found all the bolts that secure the bearing to the hub to be snapped or hand tight. This failure is down to poor workmanship. Unfortunately for customer the van new required another new wheel bearing and a driveshaft due to damaged caused by bearing being loose and driveshaft basically holding the bearing to hub. We supplied and fitted a brand new driveshaft along with a fresh bearing and all new bolts all torqued to manufacture specifications to ensure customer never has this problem again. Another one sorted the correct way.

Peugeot 5008
This 5008 came into us with a rattle from engine common issue on these 1.5L diesels the chain between the camshafts wear and rattle and are known to snap they are fitted with 7mm thick chain and now have a kit to fit an upgraded cam box with a 8mm chain which solves this issue and saves engine damage if chain was to snap. We fitted an upgraded cam box to this 5008 with all new gaskets,seals and bolts. Once complete re checked and confirmed the customers concern was cured. Another engine saved before a serious failure and cost happened to the customer.

This F80 M3 Came in for a Full Gearbox service & Front Splitter To be fitted
We carried out the gearbox service to manufactures specifications all seals both filters and bolts all replaced. And We fitted a front carbon Splitter. Another Cool Car Serviced correctly and kept on top of.

🔹 Audi S3🔷
We recently had this mega Audi S3 which we recovered in with a bad grinding noise. After collecting and full inspection of car, we found this car was overdue some major love. On inspection we found the transfer box to have failed causing a major grinding noise. Also on inspection we found the usual thermostat and water pump leaking aswell as radiator. We also found front and rear brakes required due to pads being worn down to metal and all 4 tyres were under the legal limit of 1.6mm. We supplied all the parts and tyres and after some work got this car fixed to manufactures specification and wow what a night and day difference
