🔧 Staff Spotlight: From workshop floor to customer service superstar! 👔

Senior Service Advisor Dave Austin has been with the Volkswagen, SEAT/CUPRA Gloucester team for just over a month, having recently swapped the tools for customer service.

While he's still missing life in the workshop, his technician experience is proving invaluable in his new role, and he's already going above and beyond for our customers.

After helping a customer by fitting a new charging port during a busy period, Dave received this fantastic feedback:

"Dave was proactive, helpful and efficient, and he made what could have been a frustrating wait into a positive experience."

It's great to see Dave bringing the same willingness, hands-on attitude and problem-solving skills to his new position and going the extra mile for our customers.

A special arrival at Bath Audi 💙

We’re pleased to have taken delivery of an Audi RS 3, ordered by one of our customers at Bath Audi and finished in the highly exclusive Sepang Blue.

A rare colour on an already distinctive performance car, it certainly makes an impression. We’re looking forward to handing this one over to its new owner very soon!

A fantastic day at the Ultimate German Car Meet 🇩🇪

At the weekend, Cheltenham Audi attended the Ultimate German Car Meet with the all-new Audi RS5 Saloon, which attracted plenty of attention throughout the day, thanks to its striking design, cutting-edge technology, and exhilarating performance credentials 🏁

From iconic classics to the latest performance models, it was great to see such a passionate community come together to celebrate the very best of German engineering.

We loved meeting so many Audi fans and sharing what makes the new RS5 Saloon so special.

Celebrating a First Class Achievement at Mon Motors Group 🎓

We’re delighted to congratulate Kieran Grimswade on graduating from Cardiff Metropolitan University with a First Class BSc (Hons) in Applied Cyber Security.

After joining Mon Motors Group in June 2022 as an IT Support Engineer, Kieran embarked on his degree journey in September 2023, supported by Stuart Holcombe, Head of IT, and with guidance from Jason Brodgen, our Coach and Group Trainer.

Stuart shared: "Kieran has had a clear ambition since joining Mon Motors, and it has been fantastic to see him achieve this milestone through his hard work and dedication."

We are also pleased to announce that Kieran has progressed into his new role as IT Security & Support Engineer, where he’ll continue to strengthen our cybersecurity capabilities and apply his new expertise.

Speaking about his journey, Kieran said:

Celebrating three years of partnership with the Welsh Disabled Golf Association ⛳️

For the third consecutive year, Volvo Cars Cardiff and the WDGA came together at Bryn Meadows Golf Club to celebrate their partnership with a day of golf and a shared commitment to promoting inclusivity through the power of sport.

As a non-profit organisation, the WDGA creates opportunities for players to develop their skills, push their limits, and build lasting friendships both on and off the course.

The day also gave players the opportunity to get up close with one of Volvo’s newest models, the all-new Volvo EX90 - a great choice for a day on the course thanks to its generous interior and impressive boot space.
