Mr P's 2018 Range Rover Velar had thrown up dashboard warnings out of nowhere, and he needed to know why.

Our technicians identified the Range Rover P25A9 fault as a failed piston cooling oil control valve and resolved the issue in a single visit.

This stunning Audi RS6 came into Smiths of London with multiple GPS faults and loss of SOS functionality. 🔧

Using our Technical Stage 1 evaluation process, we created a precise test plan and carried out bypass testing to pinpoint the fault. The issue was traced to a failed coaxial cable running from the telematics control module to the aerial behind the rear bumper.

Rather than replacing the complete rear wiring loom at huge expense, we custom-made a new cable to repair the circuit correctly and efficiently. 👌

New cable installed, GPS and SOS functions fully restored, and another RS6 back to full health 😁

Mr N wasn't prepared to let things slide.

Instead, he brought his Range Rover SVR to Smith's of London, Croydon. He received a full service, wheel alignment, and air conditioning service, all completed to manufacturer standards without the long wait.
