Here's a horsebox bonnet we recently repaired and painted.

• Bonnet tapped flat and a small bit of pin pulling✅
• Plastic welded the front grill allowing us to sand it back smooth✅
• Everything was high build primed and blocked down ready for paint ✅

Full fibreglass bumpers and side skirts for this Mazda rx8🔥

These aftermarket kits never arrive as a perfect fit so we had a lot of trimming and remoulding to do.

• Side skirts needed extending and slightly adjusting to fit over the sill✅
• Both bumpers needed trimming in areas and reinforcing all the brackets ✅
• Holes cut out for any bolts and plastic clips to go in✅

I'll show some of the adjustments on another post to show the work involved when buying an aftermarket kit

Spent the weekend repairing the key marks on this 1 series🔥

The bumper also had a lot of cracks in the old filler repair so we sanded everything out and repaired it properly✅

We originally tried to sand and polish these panels to save the customer some time and money but in doing so we burnt through the lacquer and had to paint it. The only panel that was saveable was the passenger door.

This jaguar bumper had snapped the tab that connects to the wing after being hit by another car.

• Plastic welded the tab back on using the same plastic the bumper is made from✅

• Sanded smooth all of the stone chips✅ (this is one of the worst bumpers I've seen for stone chips)

• Wet on wet primed, based and clear coated✅

Came in a bit rough after being grinded down but we smoothed it all out.
All acid etch primed to make sure it all adheres properly and that all the grinder marks are covered ✅

Nice quick job for a Sunday.Suzuki bumper had a few deep scratches so we sanded them out and resprayed✅
