We’re delighted to welcome the latest cohorts to the Rising Stars programme as they take their first steps towards careers in the automotive industry.

Designed to provide real workplace experience before full-time employment, the programme gives aspiring Technicians and Customer Service Advisors the opportunity to develop practical skills, build confidence and gain valuable industry insight.

Over the coming months, we'll be following their journeys, celebrating their achievements and showcasing the next generation of talent across our retailer network.

Our Stars Keep on Rising

From Rising Star to full-time technician, Connor Alcock's journey is a brilliant example of where opportunity, hard work and the right support can lead.

After completing the Rising Stars programme, Connor secured a placement with Pentagon Motor Group that later became a full-time role.

Reflecting on his experience, Connor said:
"The Stellantis Performance Academy gave me a big head start in the automotive industry... It's a great opportunity to develop your skills and gain valuable experience."

His impact in the workshop hasn't gone unnoticed either.

Pieter Ferreira, Workshop Manager, shared:
"Connor has really taken on every challenge that's been given to him. He's always willing to learn and has been a breath of fresh air in the workshop."

Two days immersed in the world of Citroën

Delegates spent time at our latest Citroën Brand Immersion, exploring products, brand heritage and technology that makes it one of the most historic brands in our collection.

Working alongside our Academy experts and Accelerating The Switch team, delegates gained valuable product knowledge through interactive sessions and hands on experiences.

A standout moment for many was getting behind the wheel of the Citroën Ami. Known for its ultra-compact design and unique character, delegates had the opportunity to put the vehicle through its paces on our Launchpad.

Another successful immersion completed, helping to strengthen delegates knowledge and build confidence as they begin their journey within our retail network.

Looking ahead to next month, our 5th set of annual inductions, this time with a slice of Italy for Fiat & Abarth.

A reimagined experience going beyond traditional onboardings, combining brand's history and values alongside live Q&A sessions with product experts.

Across the two days delegates will develop future proof skills with the help of our training team, allowing them to gain the confidence they need to begin their journey within the retailer network.

Fiat's full range will be available on the day, including COTY Nominee Grande Panda, for delegates to experience. A couple of days full of surprises, but spaces are going fast.
