I didn't rejoin to nag everyone. I was so fed up of being "that" person, that I swore I wasn't using social media at all. However I'm having a lovely time, ticking over at a steady pace when I discover that every pot of tender care sold helps a charity very close to my heart COTE. Then I find that with just a few orders I'm winning prizes and bonuses. That's when it starts to get under your skin! But there's no hustle, no stress but mostly no pressure! I'm missing a couple of people's help to reach a target I'd like to try for with this book .

The right man, though?
He knows you can do it all—but he won’t let you.
Not because he doubts your strength, but because he honors it.
Because a true man doesn’t sit back and watch you burn out—he steps in. He builds with you, side by side.
He knows leadership isn’t about control—it’s about covering her, emotionally, mentally, spiritually, and physically.

A real man sets the tone of safety and structure in the relationship.
He creates an atmosphere where her nervous system can finally exhale.
Where she doesn’t have to fight to be heard, to be supported, or to feel secure.
He’s consistent—not just when it’s convenient, but especially when it’s hard.
Because consistency is how she knows she can relax into her feminine.
And safety is how love truly flourishes.

In a divine partnership, strength is not found in how much you can do alone, but in how much you can build together. It’s not about being needed—it’s about being present. A woman in her power still deserves to be protected, supported, and poured into.

For a while, I've found too many things unfathomable. I see people make choices that make no sense. I see a detachment from some toward their family or toward animals and my mind struggles with how ? 🤔
The way some people speak about their children. The coldness in situations. Then I realised those people are fine - they enjoy their life. They love their children. They care but maybe not as deeply, as passionately, as excitedly as I do.
I'm not professing to be anything special and I have enough flaws and faults to fill a book but I love hard! I invest way too much of myself into situations, people, scenarios etc. I find too much passion, excitement and investment into things and find it confusing when others don't.
I guess there's a lesson about learning to accept others or tailoring mine or something in there somewhere but for now - I'll continue being a bit too much 😊

So here's my page , my journey through the realisation that healing is holistic 😊
The difficulties I face in chipping away at that whole self mending and undoing the spiral that got me where I am today.
Step 1 - already fixed - I stopped smoking 🎉🥳
38 years of the habit, 20+ yrs very heavily and now no more . Pleased as toast 😂
So next steps are to see what's next.
