💫Farewell to Pam Manga after 42 years of outstanding service💫

On Friday, we came together to celebrate and say a heartfelt goodbye to Pam Manga, a highly respected Production Team Member, as she begins her well‑earned retirement after an incredible 42 years of dedicated service.

Pam began her journey on 20 June 1983 at Sheridan Engineering Limited (now Brose), contributing her skills to Land Rover 38a, JLR, and Toyota. Her expertise, consistency, and commitment led to her promotion to Process Expert on 1 November 2014.

In 2022, Pam moved to Plant 1, where she continued her work on Toyota Doors with the same professionalism and reliability she has shown throughout her entire career.
Pam has always embraced growth and development, completing various training's at Rugby College.

As Pam steps into retirement, we wish her a future filled with joy, relaxation, and new adventures.

A huge thank you 🥰 to all of the people who helped raise £500 for Coventry, Warwickshire and Worcestershire Mind in 2025.

The money raised will be shared across three vital services Mind currently supports:

🤝 Safe Haven - Warwickshire: Out-of-hours crisis support from via text, email, phone and in-person.
🤝 Wellbeing for Coventry: One-to-one support and a drop-in-in hub providing support for people who are experiencing an emotionally difficult time in their lives.
🤝 The Environment and Me: Enhancing mental health and wellbeing through outdoor activities, including bush craft, planting, and nature walks.

The donation check was handed over by Leanne Kelsey, Executive Assistant to the Managing Director to Jade Clarke, Business Development Manager at Mind.

We are proud of the great efforts of our employees who helped to raise the amount of money. 💯🤩

We celebrated🎉🥳 40 years of dedicated service this week for Rob Barnacle👏👏

This week we celebrate an extraordinary milestone: 40 years of service from Rob Barnacle a colleague whose career has grown alongside Brose Coventry itself.

Rob began his journey at Sheridan Engineering as a young operator, not yet 17, eager to learn and ready to work. Over the years, he built his career step by step, qualification by qualification, always pushing himself forward.

From completing his Tool Setters Course in 1988, to gaining multiple truck licences, to stepping up as a Fire Warden and First Aider, Rob has consistently been someone the team can rely on.

His official move into Material Handling in 2003 set the stage for his later promotion to Material Handling Process Expert, followed by completing his NVQ2 in Team Leading and ultimately becoming our Logistics Champion in 2022.

Rob’s 40‑year journey is more than a timeline — it’s a story of loyalty, growth, and genuine pride in his craft.

Congratulations, Rob. Thank you for everything you’ve contributed over four decades from the Senior Team and all your colleagues!

Developing tomorrow’s leaders – across borders and business units🌍

Last week, the final module of our European Level 4 leadership development program for emerging leaders took place at our site in Coventry. The agenda focused on , , and shaping one’s personal vision. Interactive sessions, open discussions, and peer learning created a space for honest dialogue and fresh impulses.

During a guided tour of the Coventry plant, participants experienced first hand how strategy and leadership translate into daily operations. The presence of our CFO, Waldeier, underscored the importance of and gave the group the opportunity to engage in a fireside chat on leadership at Brose.

🎯 Our long-term goal remains clear: filling 75% of leadership positions from within our own ranks.
Programs like this are a key pillar on that path – enabling targeted development, global collaboration, and a shared leadership mindset.

Yesterday, Amrita Singh, HR Generalist and Leanne Kelsey, Executive Assistant to the Plant Manager proudly represented Brose Limited at the North Warwickshire and Hinckley College Jobs Fair.

They spent the day speaking with talented young people about career pathways, apprenticeships, and the exciting opportunities available within the automotive sector.

Yesterday we came together as one team to celebrate the festive season with a special Christmas lunch for all our employees.

A huge thank you to The sandwich man for supplying the amazing food that everyone enjoyed it truly made the occasion feel extra special.

Brose Coventry has generously donated 300 bottles of water to Coventry & Warwickshire Mind, helping to refresh participants at this year’s Mental Elf 5km fun run.

🎉 Celebrating 40 Years of Excellence – Amarjit Rai 🎉

Today we honour Amarjit Rai, who marks an extraordinary 40 years with Brose Coventry!

Starting on 31st October 1985 at Sheridan Engineering Limited (now Brose), Amarjit has been a pillar of dedication and growth. She joined the Toyota line in September 2005, so also celebrates her 20th anniversary on the Toyota line this year!

During her time at Brose she has successfully completed courses in Team Building, Problem Solving, Communications, FMEA and presentation skills.

Below is a photo which was taken yesterday as we congratulated Amarjit on achieving this amazing milestone and the leadership team thanked her for her long service and commitment to the company.
