Whilst the overall aesthetic is certainly unique, the layout is one that seems to come up time and time again, we have something to announce on this very soon.. so stay tuned!

A functional seating area, which can also be used for lounging, has views out the side door and doesn’t block access to the cab… sure coming right up!

Friday brings in the end of another busy week and time to take a look at a pretty unique feature of our most recent build.

A pullout coffee station which will be used by the to sell and rep their business at vanlife festivals.

The pullout unit connects to the vehicles water and electrical system to make for an easy set up. Flip up worktop extensions create space for merchandise, a Point of Sale system and of course the all important coffee machine.

Inside the Build: Insulation

Insulation wrapped up and the lining stages underway on the SWB Sprinter. The subfloor’s down, wall panels are on, and the 6 roof panels are fitted, ready to be removed and reinstalled once upholstered and finished off with a Birch Plywood centre strip. This is the stage where the shell starts to feel like a real interior rather than bare metal.

Plenty more ahead as we move deeper into the build... save this to follow the next steps.

A quick update on the white van build.

This one will be pulling double duty: serving coffee at festivals while still offering a comfortable living space inside. The floor is on its way, and once that lands we can start fitting cupboards and storage.

For now, we’ve been working through the curved features, of which this van has more shape than most, so getting these sections right takes a little more time.

More updates to come as the interior starts coming together.
