🚗 HONDA CR-V – WHEN YOUR BRAKES STOP DOING THEIR JOB! 🔧

This Honda CR-V came into MORNETIC with poor braking performance and badly worn rear brake discs.

The culprit? A seized rear brake caliper! 😬

With the caliper unable to operate correctly, the rear brakes had suffered excessive wear.

🔧 FIAT 500 – WHEN A SMALL CAR BECOMES A BIG JOB!

This Fiat 500 came into MORNETIC with both front lower suspension arms needing replacement.

As you can see from the photos, the bushes had deteriorated badly and were no longer doing their job properly.

🚗 This isn't quite as straightforward as it sounds!

To gain access and replace the arms, the job required:

✅ Front bumper removal
✅ Front subframe sections removed
✅ Both lower suspension arms replaced
✅ Everything reassembled

The photos show the difference between the old, failed bushes and the new replacements.

Worn suspension bushes can affect steering, handling and braking stability, so they're not something to ignore.

VW T4 – Gear Change Sorted
This VW T4 came into MORNETIC with difficulty selecting 2nd gear.
After checking the gear change mechanism, I replaced the full set of gear linkage bushes — and what a difference.
