The Transit Story:

So customer turn up with a lovely looking Transit Custom 2.2 Euro 5

Then telling me the van smoke on idle and spent already about £1300 to try fix the problem
New: Turbo,EGR,DPF Clean,MAF Sensor,still smoke,then he decide to come my garage!

So,I taken off the rocker cover and I straight away know what is the issue ,the engine fully loaded with dirty carbon which causes the PCV valve blocked (Engine Breathing),that is causing on 3 injectors washer burn out
We cleaned the whole top end,injector seats cutted,new washers,new rocker cover,injectors back in place,engine flush,oil change,and the magic happened!

NO MORE SMOKE!

And all cost £170🫡

And will cost £1750

And my advice was the oil pump filter,you can see what I talk about,filled with carbon——The parts cost £40—Labour £200 And the rest £50 Engine flush,new oil filter&oil::::Problem solved for £290🫡
