Well this job was a big one from start to finish.
One of the worst Chinese heater installs we’ve come across.
Fuel line with 6 different joins in it. Fuel line pushed through the fuel sender.
Electrics were a joke but after about 8 hours we got a new HLN heater in. Blocked off the old ducting hole the best we could and covered it. The heater is now fitted internally and is safe to use.

Replaced the 2 leisure batteries which were beyond saving.

It’s running a split charge relay instead of a b2b charger. It works but not ideal but this full time van lifer can now be warm and cosy living on the road.
