A car key has been found on Chester Road and is now safely kept at the garage.

If you think it might be yours, please get in touch with us to arrange collection. Proof of ownership/a description of the key/make of the car so we can confirm it’s returned to the rightful owner.

We hope you are well. Just a quick message to let you know we are closed for the Christmas break from Saturday 24th December until 2nd January 2024.

If your car is due a MOT during the Christmas holidays we do have some slots available next week at which the extra days will be added to your MOT certificate, so please check and give us a call to book an appointment if needed.

Hi everybody hope things are good with everyone, these last few months have been really busy with things returning to some type of normality and the new workshop is working out great. Due to the MOT extension given by the government during last years lockdowns there is some confusion of new due dates, if you took advantage of the extension please be aware they have now lapsed, you can check your mot due dates by visiting Mot history, Mot look up, on .gov websites
We have put car sales to the back of the agenda for now as quality vehicles are not readily available in these times and will not sell anything not up to high standards this why there is nothing on the front for sale. Now the nicer weather is here (or the rains warmer hee hee) we are looking to spruce up the frontage so we taking in quotes to re-render with waterproof k-render so if anyone in the village can do this then please get in touch as would prefer to offer it locally.

We also have vacancy for vehicle technician/mechanic level 3 or equivelent with a varied knowledge and experience with various makes preferably an MOT tester if not training can be given to gain qualifiction, customer care, communication skills and a team player are a must. competitive salary for the right person, we find word of mouth recommendations work out well so if its yourself or you know anyone that might be interested please get in touch or pass on our contact details.

Hi all. Hope everyone is good and staying well!!!
As you are all aware we will be going into lockdown again as of 6pm Friday 23rd October.
As we are an essential business we will be remaining open as usual carrying out MOT’s, servicing, repairs and breakdowns throughout this period. Customers who have already booked their vehicles in to us throughout this period there is no need to contact us and re-book. We are extremely busy at this present time but we will try our very best to accommodate any problems you may have with your vehicle.
We understand that your vehicles are like your personal space but can we please kindly ask you that you remove any used PPE such as masks and gloves before you hand your vehicle over to us. We have got into vehicles we’re masks are on the seats, hanging from sun visors, rear view mirrors, dashboard clocks or draped over the gear sticks. This would be much appreciated. We will carry on using gloves, covers, disinfectants and sanitizers for your safety as well as our own.
If you need anything whatsoever to keep your vehicle safe and legal don’t hesitate to get in contact with us.

Hello everyone,
Hope you are all well during these testing times.
Due to the gradual lifting of restrictions with shops, factories and businesses starting to reopen and people starting to use their vehicles more, we are experiencing a substantial increase of enquires for vehicle repairs, maintenance servicing and MOT’s even though the government has given a temporary grace period for MOT’s. The government have stipulated it is the vehicle owners responsibility to ensure it is safe to be on the road. The majority of owners still want their annual service or safety check.
To accommodate our customers and help people along the way to getting back to some sort of normality, as an essential business for transport we have made the decision to reopen the garage from Monday 11th May 2020.
We will still be adhering to the governments guidelines for safety by using social distancing, disinfectants, disposable gloves and covers etc as our staff and customers safety is paramount!
We are now taking bookings for our diary for when we reopen on the 11th. Please telephone 01244 549410 if you wish to make a booking.
