Hi, I’m James, a fully qualified Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) based in Chelmsford and proudly working with System Driving, Essex’s No.1 highest-rated driving school.

Learning to drive can feel exciting, nerve-racking, or sometimes a bit of both. That’s why my goal is simple: to help you become a safe, confident driver in a calm and supportive environment.

Whether you’re a complete beginner, a nervous learner, returning to driving after a break, or preparing for your driving test, every lesson is tailored to your individual needs and learning style. There is no pressure, no shouting, and no rushing—just patient coaching designed to help you progress at a pace that works for you.

Lessons take place in a modern Ford Puma (Manual), fitted with dual controls, giving learners and parents extra peace of mind.

As a father of two myself, I understand how important it is for parents to find an instructor they can trust. My focus is not just helping pupils pass their test, but helping them become safe and confident drivers for life.
