Had a customer that wanted his negative terminal replaced. Customer had a different mechanic look at the vehicle and advised to replace but could not do the job. I came out replaced the terminal(customer provided parts) and I advised a new battery. Customer replaced the battery after the terminal being replaced job done ✔️ customer happy 😃
