Camshaft done. Engine refitted. All good!

Today I am replacing a camshaft on a Briggs and Stratton engine due to decompression failure.
When trying to start it locks, unable to spin. Not to be confused with hydro lock which is very similar but caused by fuel ingress to sump. (Fuel leak)
This engine is used on many makes of lawn tractor.
