Hello everyone! It's been a while, we've been very busy lately!

We are approaching one of the busiest times of the year for MOT tests & we advise to get booked in as early as you can to avoid disappointment

🔴CUSTOMER NOTICE - PLEASE READ🔴

Unfortunately this keeps happening

We try to cater to all of our customers as best we can and to the best of our ability

Unfortunately this week again we have had 4 bookings as no shows, no calls, no messages, nothing

We constantly have customers asking for cancellations but we don’t know that someone isn’t going to turn up until the time of the appointment we cannot offer that cancellation to someone else on such short notice as we have MOTs every hour

We understand peoples circumstances may change daily and sometimes things don’t always go to plan but we would at least appreciate a call to say you cannot make your booking so we can possibly offer the booking to someone else in need of it

When making a booking please think about the small businesses and how it affects them if you don’t / cannot attend & please get in touch if you cannot make your appointment

Due to this happening more and more we have no choice but to charge for missed appointments and before rebooking payment will be requested up front for the appointment made, this only applies to you if you miss an appointment

Some of you may already be aware that we sadly lost Chris’s dad & Sammy’s grandad last week, Ian was a huge character around the garage especially when we first opened all those years ago & we just know he will be a huge miss to all that knew him 💔
