Remember the Monte Carlo Edition E92 M3 from our story last week?
We sourced this absolutely stunning example for Lewis. He came to us looking for the perfect E92; however, as this isn’t a model we currently stock, we didn’t have one on the forecourt. That said, we have a real passion for sourcing vehicles.
Lewis wanted something different — not Alpine White, Space Grey, or Le Mans Blue. We initially found what was advertised as a “mint” Frozen E92, but upon close inspection when we arrived, it simply wasn’t up to our standards, so we advised Lewis to walk away.
A couple of days later, we came across this rare E92 Monte Carlo Edition, which is a truly incredible example. Everything is up to date, including the important rod bearings (a known common issue on these) and the throttle actuators. As preventative maintenance, we also advised Lewis to replace all eight injectors, as this has become a more common issue over the past 1–2 years.
It’s believed there are only around 60 of these still registered on UK roads. We managed to tick every box Lewis asked for — and more.
