Firstly, well done to everyone who raced at LGR yesterday 👊🏁
Great to see so many riders out there putting the hard work into practice 💪🔥

Here’s the plan for this week’s coaching sessions at Red Roses MX 👇

📅 Tuesday 12th May
👥 Auto to Novice 85cc

📅 Wednesday 13th May
👥 85cc to 125cc (Under 16)

🕠 Time: 5:30PM – 7:30PM
💷 £30 per rider
📍 Red Roses MX

This week’s focus will be on:
• Body position
• Corner technique
• Bike control & balance
• Building confidence and consistency

Bancyfelin Grasstrack are also holding an event, so please park at the far end of the field when arriving.
