Well I’m finally out of the boot 🥳🥳🥳
Now it’s time to move to the floors
99% of people will say this is not worth saving but the customer has owned this car from a couple of years old
So there is a sense of attachment
As transformations go, I don’t this there is many this bad to start with.

Well this was a pain in the back side to make🤣
I had to make this from a few photos for reference because it had completely rotten out
Plus also remembering because this is a very early Quattro the boot floor is different.
I’m trying to keep the oe look and while there are slight differences I think it turned out rather good

Not updated in a while but got a chance to get some time on the Audi.
All panels were hand formed
We made the panels to repair the corner of the boot
The reference for these panels were rotten away so these had to be made by picture references.
Now we have finished the passenger side we will be moving on to the drivers side where it is literally just a hole now.
I don’t want to bore people with the step by step but hope you car see the amount of work that goes into our builds

Some photo bombs of the repairs to the roof on the es**rt cosworth.
Due to poor previous repairs and rot to the inner structure he decision was made to take the roof skin off and repair what was necessary before attaching a used roof skin.
I forgot to take pictures mid way through of the repairs to the structure but these were all cut out and replaced from a mk5 es**rt donor car.
All internals were treated and after done repair to the used skin that was then re attached

Red es**rt cosworth final coat of high build, now time for prepping for paint.
Chevette hs in the back ground for prep and paint
Plus a lot more mechanical work,

The front end is going back on the Quattro
Considering it’s had most of the front end replaced it’s going together very nice indeed.
Once the front panel is on it will be getting modified to match the original Quattro panel.
One milestone ticked then it will be on to the rear end 🥳🥳🥳

⭐️PLEASE GIVE ME A LIKE AND FOLLOW⭐️

Up next is the lower bulkhead on the drivers side,
As you can see from the first pics it was heavily corroded with poor previous repairs
We removed the rot.
fabricated new material for the rotting areas and grafted them in to the existing panel and refitted.
We seem to like to repair the unreliable 🤣🤣🤣
