Something a little different at T.H restorations
A 2.2 ranger being converted to a m57 twin turbo with the auto box,
This is being fitted with the f150 style raptor kit
Lifted 2”
Diff drop
Custom loom
BMW auto box
Colour change to Honda still night.
BMW rad pack modified to fit the Ranger
Custom front panel
Interior swap for a 2022 wildtrack
New suspension and arms
Stage 2 remap with hard cut
Full 3.5 inch exhaust with twin tail pipe
De chromed
Roof light

This is a full on custom truck for a special customer,

One side of the Audi is pretty much complete, 1 or 2 welds to flush back and a bracket to replace.
Then the big turn around and start again on the other side to repeat the same process.

Some panels were used off the couple shell and some were made in house.

All panel gaps looking spot on now

Well the Chevette is nearing the end on our part,
Engine and running gear fitted,
These engines are tight tight to get fitted.

Job list to do before returning to the customer for the finishing touches are
Loom
Glass
Decals and badges
Flat and polish
Lights

Another project will be out of the door from T.H restorations

We offer services from full restorations to smart repairs
Welding and fabrication and everything in between

The Chevette is all painted(well nearly just need to paint the red frame rail) 🥳🥳🥳
The underside was treated to stone guard, base and lacquer
Time to let it settle now until next week and then it’s ready for its axles and engine.
Then on to a flat and polish to make it shiney.
Can’t wait to see it sporting its hs body kit and decals

Now on the the Chevette hs
Pulled a late one last night to get the Chevette into paint,
Getting these projects moving along.
Now it’s time for bonnet boot and bumpers to be painted
Giving these classic cars the attention to detail they deserve

So a little update on the Audi.
Floor cut out and replaced
Inner sills replaced
Corner of rear bench replaced
Rear strengthening replaced
Edge of chassis leg replaced
Lower rear quarter repaired and made to look oe
Outer sill repaired along with internal strengthener.
All made to look oe.
All this was reattached and made to look seamless
Next up will be a few little jobs internally then it’s on to the rear arch.
The weldathon is slowly coming together.

Well I’m finally out of the boot 🥳🥳🥳
Now it’s time to move to the floors
99% of people will say this is not worth saving but the customer has owned this car from a couple of years old
So there is a sense of attachment
As transformations go, I don’t this there is many this bad to start with.

Well this was a pain in the back side to make🤣
I had to make this from a few photos for reference because it had completely rotten out
Plus also remembering because this is a very early Quattro the boot floor is different.
I’m trying to keep the oe look and while there are slight differences I think it turned out rather good
