Well launch day has been and gone. 😊

Visited a beautiful place, where, when dark, the headlights are definitely needed for their full intended purpose. 🌛

As with most older motors, these headlights were showing their age, with slow degradation of the factory coating on the lenses, resulting in glazing, yellowing and cracking, preventing the bulbs light penetrating the lens for full lighting.

With our head light restoration, we have made them almost, look like new. Removing the yellowing, reducing the glazing and cracking as well as a few minor scratches. Protecting the freshly polished lenses with a fresh ceramic coating to keep the lenses looking their best for years, but most importantly keeping the driver’s visibility maximum for safer driving. 🦺

Unfortunately not the best pictures, due to having a giant burning flame in the sky 🌞( yes of all people to complain 🤣 ) way too much light for best results. Zoom in for close up on the before and after for the best comparison. 👀

Fact of the day……

Leaving a chip or crack in your windscreen for a prolonged length of time can effect the cosmetic out come after it’s been fixed…. Potentially leaving it with a milky or cloudy appearance, which in turn could distract your driving or obstruct your vision.
This is due to moisture, dirt and air build up becoming trapped between the layers of glass.

Fact of the day…. Did you know, that the heat from the sun can turn your small chip into something much worse, heat causing expansion and would result in potentially costing you more.
