Diesel heater and alloy wheel upgrade for this sprinter van. Striped out an old, faulty and cheap diesel heater and replaced with a 2kw autoterm unit, fitted with the comfort controller and importantly plumbed into the van tank, doing away with the horrible and smelly separate tank located under the bed!Wheels upgraded, but customer requested we reuse the ko2 tyres that were already on the van, not a problem! Visual upgrade outside and a functional upgrade inside 👌

Lots been going on in the workshop lately, so much so, I haven’t shared in a while. Here one from the end of last year, an awesome T5.1 conversion that we are carrying out in stages to work with our customer. Off grid electrics with underslung lpg and autoterm heating system makes for a great adventure van! Looking forward to having it back in the workshop in the future 👌

Recent job through the workshop, new solar system installed on this Ducato based motor home this was to replace a older semi flex panel that had given up on life. Big van, but not so much available space due to other fittings and storage space needed n the roof area so we went with a 200w bi-facial panel, all new cabling from roof to electrical locker, new cable glad and the old one was letting water into the vehicle and a dual battery MPPT to keep the starter battery topped up when it’s in storage between trips 👌.

Recently through the workshop, we’ve had this metallic grey transporter T6.1.
Our customer uses this vehicle for a lot of driving in his job and wanted to make the van a more pleasant and quieter space to be in when driving/working. We carried out a full sound deadening and thermal insulation package to the van, finishing off with a full carpet lining to the load area and cab headlining. Really happy with how this turned out 👌

Recent job to be in the workshop, phase one on this conversion for a local customer. Fully sound deadened and insulated, followed by a full carpet lining, with a bespoke acoustic panel ceiling tying in with the re trimmed cab headliner. Oak affect hard wearing flooring, fitting of customer supplied rock and roll bed, Autoterm diesel heater, reverse camera install, double swivel bases and passenger safe box, door store unit on the sliding door and a big 270w flexible solar panel. Lots done, lots more to do when this van returns in the future 👌.

Recent waste water tank install on this xlwb vw crafter. Measured to fit an available space then bespoke built. It gives the required water storage and sits higher than the factory fuel tank to not only look smart but not reduce and ground clearance under the van. .

Been helping out a returning customer on their self build journey, this time round we have fitted a maxveiw 5g WiFi system, finished up various parts on the water system and tested it, swapped out the white mains hook up point for a black unit to match the rest of the van, installed a small vent window and measured up for a custom waste tank to be fitted at a later date.

Recent van to leave the workshop is this MS-RT edition transit custom. The customer had carried out some work themselves but we have helped them finish of their carpet lining in some areas, added a leisure electrical setup and installed a 3 seat mobiframe seat/ bed and floor system.
