**** ANNOUNCEMENT ****
After much consideration, we have taken the difficult decision to withdraw from the remainder of this season's 600 Endurance Championship.
Following Round 3, the championship organisers amended the classification of the opening three rounds. As a result, teams were reclassified into different championship categories after the events had already taken place, which retrospectively changed race results, championship positions and points.
Naturally, this was disappointing, particularly as competitors had been racing based on the published classifications at the time. We raised our concerns with the organisers in the hope that a satisfactory resolution could be found, but unfortunately we were unable to reach an outcome that restored our confidence in the championship.
For us, championship standings need to be clear, consistent and final once events have concluded. When results and points can be altered months later, it inevitably undermines confidence in the competition.
With that in mind, we have made the difficult decision to withdraw our season entry and focus our efforts on competing in other club racing events for the remainder of the year.
We would like to thank our sponsors, supporters, family and everyone who has dedicated their time and effort to the team. Your support means everything to us, and we look forward to getting back on track elsewhere soon. We'll keep everyone updated as our plans develop.
