Today’s learners, in any industry are more diverse than ever, and understanding how people think, learn and respond to pressure is becoming an essential part of great people development. We’ll be exploring practical NLP techniques to build rapport, increase confidence, improve communication and better support neurodiverse learners so they can reach their full potential.

Two days of practical learning, new ideas and techniques that can be put into practice straight away.

You drove confidently & safely throughout your test, independently following road signs & sat-nav and successfully performed your manoeuvre, your examiner was full of praise. 💪😁

What a great journey, travelling all the way down from Scotland for every lesson… can you imagine! Working locally gave you a great opportunity to learn to drive in a busy area, more than one roundabout! 😂 What started off as a potential squeeze for time turned into full confidence & full independence. No more eight hour trains 🥵 Enjoy your well deserved holiday next week, festivals, restaurants and most importantly the road ahead! 🚙
