Attended to a customer complaining of a grinding noise when applying the brakes. Diagnosed the brake pads as being worn down to metal, with the brake discs also excessively worn due to metal to metal contact. Supplied and fitted new brake discs and pads. Road tested the vehicle to confirm the issue was resolved. All sorted, and the customer was very happy.

Maintenance was carried out on the Audi RS3, which included replacing spark plugs and addressing an oil weeping issue by applying sump sealant. Genuine parts were used for the oil, oil filter, and cabin filter replacements.
