I’m quite a reflective person so I really enjoy looking back through my camera roll to check-in on what I’ve been up to (and clear photos at the same time 🤦🏻‍♀️💪🏼). Especially noticing moments that might otherwise have slipped through unnoticed. I forget how varied some days can be!

It’s so easy to quickly move into the next new project isn’t it?

I had the joy of working with the events team at Aston Martin Aramco Formula One recently creating these recycled carbon fibre cards for a special dinner at Silverstone celebrating the British Grand Prix.

It still is a bit of a ‘pinch-me’ moment when my hand writing and lettering style is requested. It’s completely not lost on me that something I love becomes something others value too. ✨💕 It’s a privilege and a joy.

Remember when Instagram was just somewhere to share a photo you loved? No pressure to make a reel, no carousel, no trending audio. So here’s one photo of my nib and hand. Just because it’s what it’s all about. The hand written using special tools.

Sometimes I miss the place it used to be sharing one or two photos that captured a thought, a moment and memory.

Can we have a little appreciation for the beautiful capital ‘Q’? 👌🏼. That sweeping tail tucked in at the bottom 🫶🏽💕

As a calligrapher, I definitely have letters I secretly hope will appear and ‘Q’ is one of them.

Elegant.

And so satisfying to write with a nib.
