1971 Dodge Dart (last of the muscle cars)
2024 season runner up in permit NSS.2024 Sportsman Nationals Big Bracket Winner, 2023 Sywell winner.
MSUK Registered vehicle, fully tagged to 8.50.
Road legal, v5 in my name.
512 cu in, refreshed at the end of 2023, including new pistons, roller cam and lifters, intake manifold , 270 trick flow heads complete,1050 Dominic thumper billet carb, NOS System fitted but not tested (all new ).
Full race 727 transmission, reverse pattern and trans brake, PPP shifter, 4000 stall ATI convertor.
Sheet metal rear axle with Ford 9 inch Nodular, 4.11 gears ,35 spline shafts with spool.
A arm with coil overs front suspension, rear suspension, split monos with cal tracks new rear shocks, and sliders.
Rear slicks and road tyres with matching rims, 16-gallon fuel tank. Automotive fuel pump with return system.
MSD fully programmable ignition system and progressive NOS control.
Light weight fibreglass, doors ,front wings ,front inner wings, bonnet ,and boot lid.
Car has run best of 9.61 @ 136 mph n/a

Well after a great weekend at the track ,, we where no 1 qualifier in NSS and the Big Bracket , all weekend!!! Alas the trans brake connector had pulled out from the dash stopping the trans brake not to work and we rolled though stage bringing on the red bulb !!! So Steve Lloyd went on to the final against Adrian who eventually took the win , congratulations to Adrian 👍, so all was not lost we lined up against don in the final of the big bracket , took the win on a oh so close race , so at the end we all went away happy and a trophy!
