“My driving instructor, Anthony Wright, was an amazing instructor!

So calm, clear, concise and understanding. As a formerly anxious driver, I never felt rushed in my lessons, instead I was given plenty of time to make sure I understood what I was meant to do and easy to understand instructions every time.

It felt easy to build both the skills and confidence to become a safe driver.

I would highly recommend for any learner! Anthony gets the stamp of approval from me!”

Congratulations to Campion O’Brien from Wiveliscombe, who passed her driving test on 12th October, with just ONE driving fault!

Campion was feeling very nervous, but she knew she was 100% ready and was determined to show the examiner just how good a driver she is. And she certainly did that!

All the hard work during our lessons has paid off, and I’m absolutely delighted for you, Campion!

I’m looking forward to seeing you out and about in your own car.

Very well done! I wish you safe and happy driving, and all the very best for the future from your driving instructor, Anthony Wright, and all the team at Kelvin White Driving School.

"I just wanted to share some feedback about my experience with Anthony Wright after my pass today at first attempt.

Anthony was fantastic. What I really appreciated was how quickly he understood me as a driver and worked out what I actually needed to learn. Having previously driven in a very different part of the world, I had quite a bit to adapt to, and he was brilliant at recognising what I was already comfortable with and where I needed more support.

What made the biggest difference was his approach. He never made me feel under pressure or simply told me what to do. Instead, he listened, worked with me and adapted his teaching to the way I learn. It felt genuinely collaborative, and I always felt that we were working together towards helping me become a better and safer driver.

I’m really grateful for the time and care Anthony put into helping me. He genuinely took the time to understand me as a learner, and that made all the difference. I would highly recommend him and wanted to make sure his excellent work was recognised".

Huge congratulations to Abigail Hutzel of Bridgwater, passing her practical driving test at the FIRST attempt with ZERO driver errors!

Abigail gained her full licence at the first time of asking, keeping her nerves under control and produced a very competent drive resulting in a perfect drive.

Abigail will now be on the hunt for her first car and will no longer have to reply on public transport to get her to work where she works at the Somerset County Cricket Ground in Taunton.

All the best for future from driving instructor Lee White and all the team at Kelvin White Driving School.
