This A-Class came into our workshop with damage to the nearside rear quarter panel. We carried out the necessary repairs and blended the paint into the rear door for a seamless colour match and Mercedes-Benz standards.

This Mercedes-Benz E-Class with the OM654 engine arrived on a recovery truck as a non-runner.

When attempting to start the car, there was a very unusual squeaking noise — almost like a mouse under the bonnet 🐭😅

We began diagnosing the vehicle while it was still on the recovery truck and quickly found the cause: the water pump pulley had completely failed and the water pump assembly had torn apart.

A good reminder that diagnostics often starts with listening, looking and understanding what the car is telling you — not just plugging in a computer.

This Mercedes-Benz C-Class came in with the coolant reservoir heavily contaminated with engine oil 😳

Seeing oil in the coolant can immediately make you think of serious engine problems, but proper diagnosis is important before jumping to conclusions.

After investigating, we traced the issue back to the oil cooler, which had allowed the oil and coolant systems to mix.

Fault located, repair carried out and the contaminated cooling system then has to be dealt with properly. 🔧

A good reminder that what looks like a major engine failure isn’t always what it first appears to be.

This Ferrari 458 Spider came in with a small dent on the roof.

It might look minor, but on a car like this, every detail matters.

The repair had to be carried out carefully to preserve the finish and keep the car looking exactly as it should. 🔧✨

Sometimes the smallest imperfections require the most precision.

This Mercedes-Benz GLE with the OM656 engine came in with an abnormal engine noise.

Before confirming the cause, we had to carry out a proper strip-down and inspection — because faults like this can’t always be confirmed from the outside or with a computer alone.

Once opened up, we found the camshaft area had failed/worn, requiring replacement of the camshafts, camshaft housing and rocker components.

The repair came to approximately £3,500.

It’s a good reminder that unusual engine noises should never be ignored. Catching them early can sometimes prevent even more serious damage.

This Mercedes-Benz GLE came in with a USB port that had stopped working.

After investigating, we found the issue was caused by coffee/drink spillage around the centre console. ☕⚡

It’s something we’re seeing more often as modern vehicles have more electrical components packed into areas where drinks are commonly kept.

A small spill might not seem like much at the time, but it can sometimes lead to costly electrical repairs.

So next time you put a coffee in the cup holder… be careful 👀

This Mercedes-Benz CLE came in with significant damage to the door.

Rather than replacing the complete door, we were able to repair the original panel, carry out the necessary bodywork and respray, then blend the adjoining panels to achieve the correct gunmetal grey finish. 🎨🔧

This isn’t always an easy colour to match, so we were very pleased with how the finished repair came out.

With a replacement door alone costing over £1,000 from Mercedes-Benz, before paint, fitting and additional work, repairing the existing door properly saved the customer a substantial amount of money. 💰

Sometimes replacing the whole panel isn’t the only answer — a good repair can make all the difference.

This Mercedes-Benz V-Class came in with an A/C issue that required replacement of the evaporator inside the heater box.

The part itself sits deep inside the dashboard, which meant carrying out a major interior strip-down just to access and replace it 🔧

It’s a good example of how complicated modern vehicle repairs have become. What sounds like a simple A/C component can involve hours of careful dismantling and reassembly.

Would you have expected this much of the interior to come apart just to replace the evaporator? 👀
