After diagnosing the issue, we found the wiper motor had failed due to wear in the linkage system 🔧

What’s crazy is how much things have changed.
10 years ago, we’d likely have repaired this. Today, by the time you factor in labour and reliability, replacing the component often makes more sense.

This customer came to us after already having the EGR cooler and EGR valve replaced elsewhere, yet the fault was still present.

Using the correct Mercedes-Benz diagnostic equipment, we carried out a proper diagnosis and returned to the basics 🔍

The issue turned out to be a seized component within the EGR system — something that had been overlooked despite major parts already being replaced.

Sometimes faults are complicated. Sometimes they’re right in front of you.
That’s why accurate diagnostics and the correct tooling matter.

This one could’ve been a disaster… 💧

Water was leaking inside this Mercedes-Benz E-Class — left unchecked, this could’ve flooded the vehicle and caused serious electrical damage.

Instead of unnecessary parts or costly repairs, we identified the issue and simply readjusted the window.

Problem solved. Customer saved a lot of money. ✅
