We have a beautiful luxury Rio gold 8 berth 3 bedroom static Caravan sited on the popular award winning site holiday resort Unity Brean Sands. The caravan is located just a short 6 minute walk from the park's main entertainment venue, RJ's and on site arcade, 4minute walk away from shops and takeaway
s. The living room is large and comfortable and includes a Smart TV, fire, large wrap around 6 seater sofa with a pull out sofa bed, coffee table, large dining table seating area. We've also provided all the kitchen equipment and utensils you might need too, with a good selection of family-friendly cookware and crockery. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, Smart TV, built-in wardrobe, 2 bedside tables. The two further bedrooms each have two beds, a wardrobe and a centre bedside table
The family bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. There is also another toilet and wash room. There is a 20x20 furnished decking area positioned to give you privacy and peace whilst also catching the sunshine all throughout the day. The decking area is totally fenced off and there is a nice grassed area for little ones to play. Full 2023 price list available

�To secure the booking it's a £50 non-refundable deposit plus an additional £70 Care & respect bond separate to the full amount. This is refunded after check out once the caravan cleaned and inspected.
�The booking has to be paid in full 3 weeks before check in date.
� Maps of the site will be given on arrival along with passes and events or day trips that are going on. �
