Over the past few months, the team at FS Autotech has been working behind the scenes on a comprehensive fleet audit for one of our clients ahead of a significant vehicle acquisition.
Our role was to independently review the maintenance history, major unit fitment and warranty, servicing history and supporting documentation across the fleet, identifying any discrepancies or areas requiring further clarification before the vehicles changed hands.
It’s been a challenging and detailed process, but one that has ultimately given the receiving operator full clarity and confidence in the vehicles they are taking on with a clear understanding of their maintenance history and compliance position from day one.
Projects like this involve far more than simply checking paperwork. They require attention to detail, persistence, communication between all parties and, most importantly, a strong team working together on the project and the inevitable setbacks along the way.
A huge thank you to everyone involved from FS Autotech for the time and effort put into getting this project over the line. It’s been a real team effort that wouldn’t of been possible without late nights, early starts and an above and beyond attitude and is something we’re incredibly proud to have completed.
