Currently under the knife: Audi R8 V10 Spyder.

This beautiful R8 has been entrusted to us for some extensive works including a major service, new brakes front and rear, removal of its gearbox for a new clutch and flywheel setup then a deep clean, machine polish, hood treatment and some other bits and pieces along the way ensuring its spot on.

Congratulations to Mr & Mrs Branson who drove up from Dorset today to buy our stunning RS4 Carbon Black. Fantastic it has gone to such a good home and real enthusiasts too.

The last 24hrs on the shop floor, some of the lovely spread of machines passing through the workshops.

1. R8 takeover, V8 and V10.

2-4. RS4’s in for various bits, some running faults, suspension fault and a few other bits thrown in to be sorted. Note the B7 which has clocked up over 150k miles and running strongly. S3 also in there having a service.

5. Transporters in for major services, one for Mr. Tim Harvey and one for Mr. Alastair Gibson Carbon Art (check out his work, amazing stuff, proud to have some of his works in our reception)

6. RS6 Vorsprung, APS supplied a few years ago to a client of some 20+ years, in for its regular service with us.

7. Speedster out from storage, carbon seats swapped for custom trimmed comfort seats and being enjoyed as intended.

8. GTS, final checks before it too goes out from storage.

9. RS6, levels checks before it goes back into storage .

10. S4 having a new headlight.

11-12. Couple of smart hot hatches in for their servicing needs to be attended too.

Porsche Dakar recently enhanced with a beautiful Akrapovič exhaust, getting rid of factory exhaust cabin drone. These are quite incredible cars.

Lots of interest in this very special R8 V10 and it’s not hard to see why. It’s now spoken for and it couldn’t be going to a better home, a client who we’ve dealt with for over 20 years. Seeing his face and beaming smile behind the wheel on road test last week was magic!

A lovely new arrival into stock: 2022/72 Audi S3 Vorsprung.

This one has covered only 14,300 miles with two owners in total and is finished in Mythos Black.

A few snaps from this morning at APS workshops!

1. Pure Grey Golf TCR, a very special one as it’s an early three door with Pretoria Performance Pack, very few of these made. In for a service and new brakes. Next to it a very immaculate Golf R in for a routine service.

2. Audi S3 having a service, new brakes and a set of tyres. Next to that a T-Roc having a health check and inspection and finally a TT RS having some gearbox repairs.

3&4. MK8.5 Golf R in for some suspension upgrades and a few other bits.

5. Golf R friends, 8.5 & 7.

6-9 More nice bits in the car park.

Sepang Blue really popping in the sun for the photos of this very special R8. There’s something magical about the sound of a naturally aspirated V10 howling away with a manual gated gearbox. What a gem this one is! 🥰
