2019 nissan nv300. This one came to me after the customer had been on an expensive journey trying to repair his van. The DPF was blocked. Several attempts by garages to repair the issue without replacing the dpf, multiple forced dpf regeneration had been carried out, chemical cleans and flushes attempted all costing £££s and time off the road. Ultimately the attempt to repair had failed. Quoted ££££s for the replacement in parts and labour, the customer wanted a permanent solution. He decided to delete the DPF. Physical removal of the DPF and a remap was carried out. At the same time we remapped the van with an economy map giving an average fuel saving of 10% whilst increasing HP and Torque, improving the feel and drivability.

2020 ford transit connect in for stage 1 performance Remap. This one is a little 1600 diesel. The customer was happy with the performance when he purchased it, but felt it was noticeable down on power when it was loaded with his tools and equipment. Original power on this one was 100 hp and 250nm torque. After the remap the HP increased 140hp and the torque increased to 340 nm. Some really noticeable changes improving the drivability increased low down Torque improving the driving experience whilst loaded.
