Now I have now crossed the 60th parallel the weather is definitely warmer the mountains are distant and have been replaced with flat lands albeit still very rural.
I took a short video at a fuel stop which shows to me at least how basic these stops are and while filming a young man walked into the video asking about my bike at which point I stopped.

He was from Arkansas and had joined up because there is very little work there and the US army pay so well he and a few friends joined all up so I wished him well and told him to keep his head down (not sure he got that one though).
I am now in Lloydminster quite a big farming town and my next stop is Moose Jaw where I will stay for a couple of days to make a few adjustments to the bike and complete a promise which I will explain in my next and probably last update
