Huge Congratulations to Missy who went out this morning and passed her driving test on the very first attempt.
Missy has been so determined to pass her test. Like a lady possessed. And we've had laughs galore from her being discombobulated, nervous and over giddy. She even had another driving instructor shut his window on her a few weeks ago which had us in fits of laughter.
Missy has a car ready to go and can't wait to get out on the road.
Stay safe Missy and thanks for the card and chocolates and for choosing me to teach you drive. Its been a blast.

A camera shy Luke went out today and passed his driving test.
To say its been a journey is an understatement.
Luke had some serious test nerves. On his previous test he sat in the waiting room basically talking himself into a fail. So this time I had a cunning plan (Baldrick) which was turning up for his test bang on time to the minute. So we walked in the waiting room, examiner asked "hi are you luke" and I said "good luck" and he was gone..... no time to sit and think.
Not my usual style, unconventional maybe, possibly an examiner will "have a word" next time I see them. I don't care, my priority is to my learners, to those who turn up and try thier best.
Luke was one of those learners always great to sit next to for 2 hours week in week out.
Good luck with the future Luke and hopefully you can now get that car! And I'll see you on the golf course soon.....

Cracking review from Rodlyn. Thanks. 😁

Huge congrats, Rodelyn! 🎊

Rodelyn passed her driving test today. I taught her husband Alan a couple of years back, so it was great to see her pass too.

Learning wasn’t always easy for her, but she went from a nervous learner to a confident driver. We used Diane Allsop-Hall's "Test Nerves" course to help her manage the anxiety that held her back on previous attempts. It really shows that driving isn't just about mechanics—it’s about how your mindset affects your skills. Everyone learns differently, and that's why I focus on a client-centered approach.

Enjoy the car and all the freedom it brings, Rodelyn. Give me a wave if you spot me on the road!

A huge Congratulations to Jessica on passing her test on the first attempt with just 3 small driver faults.
The examiner was very complementary on how Jess drove saying the way she dealt with roundabouts was "amazing"
Well done Jess you worked really hard for this pass and you was an absolute pleasure to have in the car always chatting away and making jokes.
Stay safe on the roads any questions don't hesitate to ask.

Always a great course to attend. 👀 highly recommend it to other driving instructors.

🗼 Feels like forever since we delivered this

Today I’m in Blackpool with Mick helping this group of ADI/PDIs to better understand CCL and to better approach their Standards Checks / part 3s and most importantly how to deliver lessons that can create safer drivers.

A huge Congratulations to Callum Fisher on passing his driving test on the 1st attempt this morning with just 3 little driver faults.
Callum has always put 💯 effort in and has always pushed him (and beat himself up too much if things didn't go as planned).
I'm going to miss our early morning Thursday chats, thanks for keeping me stocked up with energy drinks.
Stay safe on the roads mate and good luck for the future.
