Yes, still quiet on "the socials" as I've been focusing on tests.

I'm glad to say that's another run of passes over the last week.

Well done Innis, Ross, and Viktoriia.

You all worked really hard and passed with great comments from the examiners.

Like all my pupils I'm tremendously proud of you.

Been a bit quiet over the last couple of weeks, but that's not to say I've not been busy.

I've had three passes all less than three driving faults, and one ZERO fault pass 🥳

So congratulations to, in alphabetical order, Amy, Jonas, and Scott.

Heading into the weekend and with the weather improving just a reminder to everyone to keep an eye out for horse riders, cyclists, and motorcyclists (of which I'll be one 😎)

Again, not a lot on the old socials at the moment, but we have had a couple of passes in the last two weeks, both with only 1 driving fault, so well done to them.

Have a great weekend whatever you are doing and stay safe, and keep others safe if you're out on the roads 🚗🏍🚵‍♂️🏇

Well it's been a while since I posted anything, partially due to a holiday, but also due to a holiday.

Even so we've managed to get a couple of people through their tests with fantastic first time passes.

Last month it was Kaia and a trip to Paisley Test Centre for me where she managed a great first time pass.

Today it was Kasey's turn with another 1st time pass, only one driving fault.

Fantastic result for both of them as they both put in a lot of work to make sure they were ready, well done again.

I haven't made a post about the Highway Code for a while, and normally I'd put the usual three points up and have a natter about them.

However this is more a bit of a plea.

Probably like every other driving instructor I get people saying "I saw this video on (insert social media platform) and they said/did this .... is that right"

My immediate response to everyone who has passed their Theory Test is "What does it say in the Highway Code?"

Now this isn't a get out, but a reminder that as much as I am responsible for teaching, YOU are responsible for learning. And learning should never stop.

I'm not going to link to any of the videos, but I'll pose this question

"Approaching a mini roundabout with two exits, one straight ahead and one to the right, and you are taking the second exit to the right, I saw a video on facebook that says you can drive over the roundabout. Is that right"

Don't reply with your answers, but consider having a look at some reference material which will give you the answer.
